University of Law, Hue University signed a cooperation agreement with the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Hue City.
Update day: 23-11-2025On the morning of November 18, 2025, University of Law, Hue University held a ceremony to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Hue City, aiming to enhance coordination in training, scientific research, and the implementation of practical legal activities for students.

Representing the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Hue City were Ms. Phan Thuy Duong, Acting Head of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Hue City; Mr. Pham Ba Loi, Acting Chief of Office of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Hue City; Mr. Le Ngoc Anh, Head of Civil Judgment Enforcement Department, Area 1 – Hue, and other members of the working delegation.

Representing University of Law, Hue University were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Duc Luong, Rector; Dr. Nguyen Hong Son, Chairman of the School Council, and leaders of affiliated units.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Duc Luong, Rector of the Hue University of Law, emphasized: 'The signing of this cooperation agreement with the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Hue City is an important step in the strategy of linking training with practice. The School expects that through this collaborative program, students will have more opportunities to access practical activities, while lecturers will have an additional environment for research, thereby improving the quality of training and making practical contributions to society.

Representing the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Hue City, Ms. Phan Thuy Duong stated: 'In the context of the demands for judicial reform and improving the quality of legal human resources, the coordination between the judgment enforcement agency and the School will bring practical benefits to both parties. The Civil Judgment Enforcement Department is ready to create favorable conditions for students to participate in internships and research, as well as to access professional procedures in a systematic and practical manner.

The signing ceremony affirmed the commitment to companionship between the two units in improving the quality of legal human resource training, while also opening up many opportunities for coordinating the implementation of professional activities in the coming time.
