THE 4TH CONGRESS OF THE STUDENT ASSOCIATION OF THE UNIVERSITY OF LAW, HUE UNIVERSITY, TERM 2025-2028

On the afternoon of November 15, 2025, the Student Association of the University of Law, Hue University solemnly held the 4th Congress of the Student Association, term 2025-2028. The congress aims to summarize the work of the Association and the student movement for the term 2023-2025, and at the same time propose directions for activities in the new period, meeting the requirements of innovation and integration of the University's students.

Attending the Congress, on behalf of the Hue University Student Association, there were comrade Nguyen Tuong Du, Permanent Vice President of the Hue University Student Association, comrade Ton That Le Hoang Thien, Vice President of the Hue University Student Association, and representatives of the Executive Board of the Student Associations of the member universities of Hue University. On behalf of the University of Law, Hue University, there were Dr. Nguyen Hong Son, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the University Council; Dr. Nguyen Son Ha, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Head of the Examination & Education Quality Assurance Department, together with representatives of mass organizations, Heads and Deputy Heads of units under the university and especially the presence of 250 official delegates representing more than 5,000 members and students of the whole university.

In the 2023-2025 term, the Law University Student Association has made progress in organization and activities, getting closer and closer to students, becoming a close and trusted friend of students. The core political role of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for the Student Association is increasingly evident, contributing to improving the quality of the Association's activities. Many of the Association's activities are in-depth, have a widespread influence, and have an increasingly wide influence inside and outside the university such as: "Legal Talk", "Lawyer Debate", "Spring of Love", "Warm Winter Coat", etc.

At the Congress, delegates also presented papers with the theme: "Hue Law Students: Mastering Technology, Creating the Future",... The content of the papers closely followed the current needs and trends of students and was consistent with the spirit of action of the Student Association of the University of Law "Hue Law Students - Courage - Creativity - Integration".

 Speaking at the Congress, Dr. Nguyen Hong Son, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the University Council acknowledged and commended the results that the Student Association had achieved in the 2023-2025 term. He emphasized the pioneering and creative role of students in learning, training, scientific research and community volunteer activities; at the same time, he requested the Student Association to continue to innovate, closely follow the training tasks of the University, promote the intelligence, courage and sense of responsibility of Hue Law youth in the new term.

Representing the Hue University Student Association, comrade Nguyen Tuong Du, Permanent Vice President of the Hue University Student Association, highly appreciated the initiative and creativity of the Law University Student Association in implementing movements. He hoped that the University Student Association would continue to preserve the fundamental values, and at the same time make further breakthroughs in gathering students and building a comprehensive learning and training environment.

The Congress also conducted consultations and elected the Executive Committee of the Student Association of the University of Law, Hue University for the 4th term, 2025-2028, consisting of 21 comrades. The Congress elected comrade Nguyen Thanh Binh to hold the position of President of the Student Association of the University of Law, Hue University for the 2025-2028 term.
