In the joyful atmosphere of welcoming the new academic year, the University of Law, Hue University organized the Citizenship Orientation Program for K49 freshmen at the Multipurpose Hall. This program is an important activity that provides students with essential information, helps them develop skills, and offers proper guidance for their learning and training during their university years.

As part of the activities, the University equipped students with valuable knowledge, ranging from enhancing digital competence and applying artificial intelligence in learning to introducing the system of interactive communication channels with the University.

In addition, the freshmen had the opportunity to listen to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Duc Luong, Rector of the University, who shared insights on recent changes and trends in legal education, the development strategy of the University of Law, as well as career orientation for students in the new context.

The program also provided an overview of academic disciplines and majors, assessment methods, course syllabi, along with regulations on retaking, improving, or taking advanced courses. Notably, students were introduced to the Vietnamese–English bilingual program, which opens up many opportunities for integration and personal development.

Beyond academic content, students were also informed about training regulations, support policies, conditional courses, and learned more about youth union and student association activities, clubs, and student groups. Issues related to security, crime prevention, and drug awareness were also integrated, equipping students with life skills and a sense of civic responsibility.

The Citizenship Orientation Week not only equips K49 freshmen with the essential knowledge and skills but also serves as a meaningful starting point, helping them gain confidence and readiness to adapt to university life, opening an exciting journey of study and self-development ahead.
