HUE UNIVERSITY OF LAW, HUE UNIVERSITY PROMOTES THE VALUE OF RESOLUTION 57-NQ/TW AND PROMOTES THE APPLICATION OF AI IN LAW AT VIETNAM LAW DAY 2025

In response to Vietnam Law Day, on the afternoon of November 17, 2025, University of Law, Hue University organized an annual program with the theme "Implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo and applying artificial intelligence (AI) in the legal field". This year's theme demonstrates the University's determination to promote innovation, digital transformation and integration of modern technology into research, teaching and practice of law.

Attending the program were Dr. Ho Thang, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Hue City Party Committee. On behalf of the University of Law, Hue University, there were Associate Professor, Dr. Doan Duc Luong, Rector of the University; Dr. Nguyen Hong Son, Chairman of the University Council; Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Duy Phuong, former Vice Rector of the University, along with leaders of units, officials and employees of the University.

In his opening speech, Associate Professor, Dr. Doan Duc Luong emphasized the significance of Vietnam Law Day, and affirmed that the implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo and the application of AI in the legal field are important orientations, consistent with the development strategy of the University in the context of strong digital transformation today.

At the program, Dr. Ho Thang presented the topic "Implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation and application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the legal field". The topic provides a comprehensive view of the Party's strategic orientation in the field of science - technology and digital transformation, and analyzes the opportunities and challenges when applying AI in research, teaching and practicing law. This is considered practical content, meeting the requirements of training high-quality legal human resources in the digital age.

Within the framework of the program, the family of student Dau Nguyen Thai Binh (Valid student of K49) cooperated with the university to award 10 scholarships, each worth 2 million VND, to students with difficult circumstances who strive to excel in their studies. These scholarships have practical meaning, contributing to encouraging and motivating students in their learning and training journey.
