Exchange and Consultation Program on Digital Transformation and AI Application in Education
Update day: 30-05-2025On the afternoon of May 30, 2025, the University of Law, Hue University, organized an exchange and consultation program on the specialized topic of digital transformation and the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in education, with the participation of a large number of the university's officials, lecturers, and leading experts in the fields of technology and innovation.

The program is one of the activities within the comprehensive digital transformation strategy that the University of Law, Hue University is currently implementing. This is also an opportunity for the university's lecturers and officials to access advanced technology trends, thereby enhancing their digital capabilities and effectively applying them to teaching, research, and management.

Prof. Dr. Nguyen Anh Thi - Senior Advisor, Assistant to the Chairman of the Management Board of the Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Ho Chi Minh City; Mr. Le Nhat Quang - Director of the VNU-HCM Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center; Mr. Bui Quoc Anh - CEO of MyMind Education Technology Joint Stock Company (Director of VNU-HCM Data Center); Mr. Thai Chuong - CTO of MyMind Education Technology Joint Stock Company (CEO of Cohota Company).

In his opening speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duy Phuong affirmed: "Digital transformation in education is an inevitable trend, a key factor contributing to improving the quality of training, research, and university governance. The university aims to develop the application of digital technology, especially AI, to modernize the legal education model and training management."

Prof. Dr. Nguyen Anh Thi shared important insights, such as: Application of artificial intelligence in training and research; Cooperation to enhance AI utilization capacity in the academic environment; Implementation of a comprehensive digital transformation model in higher education institutions; Cooperation opportunities in the fields of startups, innovation, and technology transfer.
Notably, in the section "Cooperation in implementing digital transformation in education," Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Anh Thi provided some strategic recommendations specifically for the University of Law, Hue University, focusing on building an AI-integrated teaching and learning environment; Adjusting competency standards for training disciplines, integrating digital/AI competencies; Innovating teaching and learning methods integrated with AI tools; Training to enhance and standardize digital competencies for responsible officials and lecturers.

Digital transformation in education in general, and higher education in particular, is an important task aimed at implementing the Government's National Digital Transformation Program to 2025, with a vision to 2030. National digital transformation is a process that needs to be implemented synchronously at all levels, in all sectors, and in all fields. Within each agency and unit, digital transformation needs to be implemented synchronously in all areas of activity.
