ENHANCED INTERNATIONAL INTEGRATION: UNIVERSITY OF LAW, HUE UNIVERSITY PARTICIPATES IN THE VIETNAM-CHINA SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE ON ANTI-CORRUPTION 2025

Prof. Dr. Dao Mong Diep, Head of the Faculty of Economic Law, and Dr. Ha Le Thuy, Deputy Head of the Faculty of Criminal Law, participated in the Vietnam-China Scientific Conference on Anti-Corruption 2025, held from November 21 to 24, 2025, at Wuhan University, Wuhan City (China).

With the theme "Sharing experiences and institutions for preventing and combating corruption between the two Parties and countries of Vietnam and China," the workshop focused on discussing models and mechanisms for preventing corruption; practical implementation and achievements in each country. Delegates exchanged views on both theoretical and practical aspects, from institutional reform and legal improvement to investigation and handling of corruption cases.

Within the framework of bilateral cooperation, Wuhan University announced that it will continue to co-organize a similar workshop in Vietnam with the participation of four universities, including the University of Law, Hue University. This is considered an important step in promoting in-depth research and academic dialogue between legal training institutions of the two countries.

The Vietnam-China Scientific Conference 2025 is not only a forum for academic exchange but also an opportunity to strengthen educational and research cooperation between Vietnam and China, aiming to build sustainable and effective cooperation programs in the field of anti-corruption in the coming years.
