On the afternoon of May 20, 2026, the University of Law, Hue University (HUL) held its annual Student Dialogue Conference for the 2025 - 2026 academic year. This is a significant event that demonstrates the university's commitment and assists for students throughout their academic, personal, and professional development.

The conference was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Duc Luong, Rector of the University; Dr. Nguyen Hong Son, Secretary of the Party Committee; leaders of functional departments, faculties, and affiliated centers; alongside nearly 800 student representatives from all full-time regular classes.

In the opening remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Duc Luong emphasized that the conference serves as a platform for the university leadership to directly receive feedback, suggestions, and reflections from students regarding their studies, campus life, and personal development. Consequently, the university gains a solid basis to review, adjust, and perfect its training operations and student support services, further elevating the educational environment at the HUL.

During the conference, the HUL administration addressed numerous queries and suggestions covering key areas of student interest, such as curriculum structures, teaching quality, learning infrastructure, tuition fees, scholarships, scientific research opportunities, internships, and learning materials. Additionally, matters concerning examination regulations, academic policies, student support services, professional skill development, and career orientation post-graduation were discussed openly, responsibly, and constructively by the student representatives.

In an ambience of proactive dialogue, practical ideas and proposals raised by students were clarified and addressed directly by university leaders and department representatives during the session. For matters requiring further deliberation, HUL took note for future consideration and adjustment in alignment with practical conditions and strategic development goals.

The annual Student Dialogue Conference stands as an open, responsible forum that exemplifies HUL’s "student-centered" philosophy.
