On December 8, 2025, the 7th Congress of the Hue University Trade Union, term 2025–2030, was solemnly held at the Hue University Conference Hall.
The delegation of the Trade Union of the University of Law, Hue University, participated in the Congress in a spirit of unity, responsibility, and confidence in the forthcoming innovations in trade union activities.

During the Congress, delegates heard the report summarizing the 2020–2025 term and engaged in discussions on orientations, targets, and solutions to enhance the effectiveness of trade union activities - particularly in caring for and protecting the lawful and legitimate rights and interests of officials and employees across Hue University in the new term. The Congress also elected the Executive Committee of the Hue University Trade Union for the 7th term (2025–2030), consisting of 14 members, along with 7 delegates to attend the 17th Congress of the Vietnam Education Trade Union, in accordance with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.

At the event, the Trade Union of the University of Law, Hue University presented a thematic report titled “The Role of the Trade Union in Protecting the Lawful and Legitimate Rights of Officials and Employees”, highlighting practical solutions to improve trade union performance, strengthen consultation mechanisms, and provide professional and welfare support to union members.

With strong confidence from delegates, Mr. Trần Văn Hải was elected to the 7th Executive Committee of the Hue University Trade Union for the 2025–2030 term—demonstrating the trust of members and the organization in his capability, reputation, and dedication as a representative of the University of Law Trade Union.

The 7th Congress of the Hue University Trade Union, held under the theme “Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development,” concluded successfully, creating new momentum and expectations for trade union activities as well as for the faculty, staff, and employees across Hue University in the coming term.
