CONFERENCE FOR PUBLIC EMPLOYEES AND WORKERS FOR THE 2025–2026 ACADEMIC YEAR
Update day: 11-12-2025On the morning of December 11, 2025, Hue University of Law, Hue University, organized the Conference for Public Employees and Workers for the 2025–2026 Academic Year.

Representing Hue University were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Do Thi Xuan Dung, Vice President of Hue University, and Dr. Nguyen Cong Hao, Vice Chairman of the Hue University Trade Union.
From Hue University of Law, attendees included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Duc Luong, Rector; Dr. Nguyen Hong Son, Chairman of the University Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duy Phuong, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Law and Practice Journal, along with all public employees and workers of the University.
At the Conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Duc Luong, representing the Presidium, presented a report assessing the results of the 2024–2025 academic year and outlining key directions for the 2025–2026 academic year. The Conference also heard reports on financial management and the summary of activities of the People's Inspection Board for the 2024–2025 academic year.

During the past academic year, the University achieved several outstanding results: 02 lecturers were recognized and awarded the title of Associate Professor by the State Council for Professor Titles; 03 lecturers successfully defended their doctoral dissertations; 100% of training programs underwent quality accreditation; and a new Master's program in Law was issued, with enrollment beginning in December 2025. Admissions and training activities continued to show positive milestones.


Entering the 2025–2026 academic year, Hue University of Law aims to reach 100% of the assigned enrollment quota; strive for 95% of lecturers with a Master's degree to apply for doctoral programs by 2026; complete the quality assessment of 02 training programs according to AUN-QA standards; maintain community service activities such as legal consulting, career orientation, and legal communication; and ensure that 100% of electronic learning materials are provided to students in line with digital transformation goals.

Speaking at the Conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Do Thi Xuan Dung, Vice President of Hue University, highly appreciated the efforts and achievements of the University in admissions, training, quality accreditation, and Trade Union activities. She expressed her expectation that the staff and workers would continue to refine their professional skills, uphold professional ethics, and be more proactive and responsible in their work, contributing to the sustainable development of both the University of Law and Hue University.

The Conference took place in an atmosphere of democracy, responsibility, and a high constructive spirit. Delegates expressed their consensus on the University's key objectives for the new academic year and their determination to effectively fulfill their assigned tasks. The Conference affirmed the solidarity and unity of the collective in building an increasingly developed and integrated Hue University of Law, contributing to enhancing the University's position in the Vietnamese higher education system.
