BRIDGING KNOWLEDGE AND FOSTERING ACADEMIC SPIRIT BETWEEN HUE UNIVERSITY OF LAW AND NHA TRANG UNIVERSITY
Update day: 08-05-2026On May 8, 2026, the University of Law, Hue University, in collaboration with Nha Trang University, organized a student exchange program between the two universities. This initiative aimed to strengthen academic connectivity, expand experiential learning environments, and enhance professional skills for students, while shaping the essential competencies required by the labor market for high-quality legal human resources.
Attending the program from Nha Trang University were Dr. Tran Trong Dao, President of the Trade Union of Nha Trang University, and Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities; Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan (M.A.), Vice Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities; along with faculty members and 38 law students. Representing the University of Law, Hue University were Dr. Nguyen Hong Son, Secretary of the Party Committee; Mr. Huynh Tay (M.A.), Secretary of the Youth Union; heads of affiliated units, and nearly 300 participating students.
Within the framework of the program, students from both universities engaged in professional and academic exchanges featuring highly practical legal presentations. Nha Trang University students presented a topic titled "Freedom of Speech in Cyberspace and Legal Boundaries," while students from the University of Law, Hue University delivered a presentation on "Legal Liability of Stakeholders Related to Artificial Intelligence in Vietnam and International Experience." These presentations offered diverse academic perspectives, enhancing students' research capabilities and critical thinking skills.
In addition to academic exchanges, the program featured musical performances, networking discussions, and a campus tour of the University of Law, Hue University, including the lecture halls, mock courtroom, multi-purpose hall, and library. The program not only provided an excellent opportunity for students to interact, learn, and improve their professional expertise but also strengthened cooperation among legal training institutions, moving towards a dynamic, modern, and highly practical academic environment.
